Well, here we are on my second blog tour, and this is another really entertaining read. My thanks to Rachel of Rachel's Random Resources for inviting me to join this tour and Ms Steele for a free copy of her novel to review.

My thoughts:
This is the third book in the Wendy Woo Witch Lit Novels, and true to form, this is the first one I have read! Although these books are not meant to be stand alone stories, hark backs to events in the earlier novels were explained in enough detail that I didn't feel I was missing anything crucial to the plot.The Flowerpot Witch is an engaging tale, with relatable and likeable characters, which I found easy to read and most enjoyable. It deals with a complicated family history and Lizzie's blossoming relationship with the new man in her life, which itself is fraught with communication issues.
The cover led me to think that the story was about kooky, cauldron-stirring magic, but that was not at all the case. It was more about pagan ritual, channelling the inner goddess and sending goodness into the world, which I very much enjoyed.
The ending is of the variety where it feels that things are finally starting to fall into place for our Flowerpot Witch, although there are still quite a few loose ends to tie up. I'm sure there must be another book to come in this series, and of course, I'll be looking out for it now...
