This is another short story that I acquired in December 2016 whilst trying to find books that might interest me for my new kindle app.
A long overdue thank you goes to the author, Katey Lovell, and her publisher, One More Chapter, for the free digial copy of this book which I have now read and offer my review below.

The blurb:
Three Men and a MaybeIt’s the age-old saying. You wait all day for a bus, and then three come along at once. But proposals? That’s just ridiculous. And yet, on New Year’s Eve, as the countdown finishes and the whole pub erupts in celebrations, Cerys finds herself staring at her ex-fiancĂ©, Ricky. Who just so happens to be kneeling on the floor, ring in hand, asking her to marry him. Again.
And if that weren’t enough, hot barman Angelo, and longtime friend Huw also decide to pop the question. At the exact same time.
Three men, two real contenders, but just one choice. What on earth will she do?

My thoughts:
Three Men and a Maybe caught my eye when I read the thought-provoking blurb and wondered what Cerys would do. Cerys receives three proposals on New Year's Eve. There are five chapters. The first tells us about Cerys and her friends, the next three deal with her relationship with each of the men who have proposed and the final chapter reveals her decision.
The plot was implausible to my mind but the story was a nice easy piece of fiction to read, and I do love a story that offers me options or alternative endings. I think Cerys made the right choice in the end and that left me feeling very satisfied.
Three Men and a Maybe is a short, free romance story which I enjoyed and would recommend to readers of romantic fiction.
